This document “Privacy Policy” (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) sets forth the rules for the use by Farmcomplience LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) of the User’s personal information that the Company and/or its affiliates may obtain about the User during the User’s use of the website https://farmakonadzor.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and in the course of the Company’s performance of any agreements and contracts with the User. The User’s consent to the Policy, expressed in relation to any one of the listed entities, shall apply to all other listed entities. Use of the Site means the User’s unconditional agreement with this Policy and the terms of processing of his/her personal information specified therein. In case of disagreement with these terms, the User must refrain from using the Site.

1. General Provisions
1.1. This Policy is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, as well as other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data protection and processing, and applies to all personal data that the Company may obtain from the User.
1.2. This Policy, including the interpretation of its provisions and the procedure for adoption, execution, amendment, and termination, shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
2. Personal Information of Users Processed by the Company
2.1. For the purposes of this Policy, personal information means:
2.1.1. information provided by the User independently while using the Site, including the User’s personal data. Information that is mandatory for provision by the Site is marked accordingly. Other information is provided by the User at his/her discretion;
2.1.2. data that is transmitted automatically during its use through software installed on the User’s device, including IP address, cookie data, information about the User’s browser (or other program used to access the Site), technical characteristics of the hardware and software used by the User, date and time of access to the Site, addresses of requested pages, and other similar information;
2.1.3. other information about the User, the processing of which is provided for by the terms of use of the Site.
2.2. This Policy applies only to information processed during the use of the Site.
3. Purposes of Processing Users’ Personal Information
3.1. The Company collects and stores only that personal information that is necessary for the provision of services or the performance of agreements and contracts with the User, except where the law provides for mandatory retention of personal information for a period specified by law.
3.2. The Company processes the User’s personal information for the following purposes:
3.2.1. processing incoming requests from individuals and corporate clients for the purpose of communication on the Company’s Site;
3.2.2. organizing and holding conferences and exhibitions, followed by the collection of statistical data;
3.2.3. educational activities, followed by the collection of statistical data.
4. Conditions for Processing Users’ Personal Information and Transferring it to Third Parties
4.1. The User’s personal information is kept confidential, except in cases where the User voluntarily provides information about himself/herself for general access to an unlimited number of persons.
4.2. The Company has the right to transfer the User’s personal information to third parties in the following cases:
4.2.1. The User has consented to such actions;
4.2.2. The transfer is necessary for the performance of the Company’s obligations to the User;
4.2.3. The transfer is necessary for the functioning and operability of the Site itself;
4.2.4. The transfer is provided for by Russian or other applicable law within the framework of a procedure established by law;
4.2.5. Such transfer occurs as part of a sale or other transfer of the business (in whole or in part), whereby the acquirer assumes all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy with respect to the personal information received;
4.2.6. As a result of processing the User’s personal information through anonymization, anonymized statistical data is obtained, which is transferred to a third party for conducting research, performing work, or providing services on behalf of the Company.
5. Modification and Deletion of Personal Information. Mandatory Data Retention
5.1. The User may at any time change (update, supplement) the personal information provided by him/her or part thereof by contacting the Company using the contacts specified in Section 9 of this Policy.
5.2. The rights provided for in Section 5.1 of this Policy may be limited in accordance with legal requirements.
6. Processing of Personal Information Using Cookies and Counters
6.1. Cookies transmitted to the User’s equipment and from the User’s equipment to the Company may be used by the Company to provide personalized services to the User, for statistical and research purposes, as well as to improve the Site.
6.2. The User acknowledges that the equipment and software used by him/her to visit websites on the Internet may have the functionality to disable cookie operations (for any sites or for specific sites), as well as to delete previously received cookies.
6.3. Counters placed on the Site may be used to analyze the User’s cookies, to collect and process statistical information about the use of the Site, as well as to ensure the operability of the Site as a whole or its individual functions in particular. The technical parameters of the counters may be changed without prior notice to the User.
7. Protection of the User’s Personal Information
7.1. The Company takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties.
8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
8.1. The Company has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. When changes are made, the date of the last update is indicated in the current version. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
