Partnering “Medicines of Russia — Towards an Interdisciplinary Dialogue. From Pharmacovigilance Quality to Quality of Life”

On September 26, 2025, the Partnering event “Medicines of Russia — Towards an Interdisciplinary Dialogue. From Pharmacovigilance Quality to Quality of Life” will take place in Kaliningrad.

The co‑organizers of the Partnering event are: the Association of Russian Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (ARPM), the Ministry of Health of the Kaliningrad Region, the Association of Pharmacovigilance and Medical Device Safety Monitoring, and Pharmcompliance Pharmacovigilance Agency LLC, with the support of the Public Council under Roszdravnadzor and the Territorial Body of the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare of the Kaliningrad Region.

The business program of the conference consists of two interconnected parts:

The first part will focus on discussing federal and regional procurement procedures for medicinal products within the framework of state guarantees, as well as pricing under sanction restrictions.

The second part will address pharmacovigilance issues, rational pharmacotherapy, quality and safety control of medicinal products, the operation of pharmacovigilance departments within companies, and pharmacovigilance inspections.

Invited participants include representatives of federal and regional executive authorities, heads and specialists of pharmaceutical manufacturers, representatives of professional associations and communities, leading experts in pharmacovigilance, including from the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Bulgaria, and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
