Professional Development Program “Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance”, 2026

The Pharmacovigilance Agency “Pharmcompliance,” together with the “Association of Pharmacovigilance and Medical Device Safety Monitoring,” invites students to the professional development program “Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance” on March 18-19, 2026.

The training will focus on:

• Implementation and maintenance of a pharmacovigilance quality management system;
• Processing individual case safety reports;
• Signal management;
• Benefit-risk assessment;
• Delegation. Vendor management. The role of the pharmacovigilance contact person;
• Analysis of challenging issues and complex cases based on years of experience and best practices from both the industry and the regulator.

Among the program’s lecturers are: leading pharmacovigilance experts from pharmaceutical companies, representatives of academia, experts from the Pharmacovigilance Agency “Pharmcompliance” and online pharmacovigilance communities, and members of the Pharmacovigilance Association.

Training format: online

Duration of training (online seminars and practical sessions)*: 2 days.

Participation fee per student: 50,000 rubles (VAT 5% included)

Upon successful completion of the program, students will receive a state-recognized professional development certificate (educational license No. L035-01298-77/01609853).
