
According to the organizers, the event is expected to be attended by representatives of the Federation Council, the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Federal Antimonopoly Service, the Ministry of Health of Russia, Roszdravnadzor, regulatory authorities in the field of pharmacovigilance from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, as well as leading Russian and international industry experts, and representatives of industry associations, scientific and patient communities.
The conference will be held in person and online.
The event will bring together pharmaceutical market professionals to discuss key issues of drug supply, public procurement, pharmacovigilance and other current regulatory topics.

The organizers noted that the previous XIII Partnering brought together over 180 in‑person and online participants and received exceptionally high marks from delegates.
“The event demonstrated significant progress in the development of international cooperation among the EAEU countries in developing common approaches to the development of pharmacovigilance systems by authorized bodies,” said Irina Efremova, Head of the Republican Clinical Pharmacology Laboratory of the State Enterprise “Center for Examinations and Testing in Healthcare” of Belarus. “Special attention was paid to the issues of authorized bodies’ control over the compliance of marketing authorization holders with pharmacovigilance legislation. The event also discussed complex issues from pharmacovigilance practice and possible ways to solve them, including through the improvement of the EAEU pharmacovigilance legislation.”
Dimo Angelov, an expert in the field of pharmacovigilance from the Republic of Bulgaria, noted that participating in the conference allowed him to gain valuable experience.
“I became acquainted with new knowledge, current concepts and high quality standards in the field of pharmacovigilance,” he said. “The professionals who presented their ideas at the conference set a course for the progressive development of pharmacovigilance, which will contribute to the strengthening of best practices both in the EAEU countries and in the EU.”
