Anna Kashirskikh – General Director of Pharmacovigilance Agency “Pharmcompliance”
In 2009 she graduated from MMA named after. THEM. Sechenov in the specialty “Medical and preventive care”, in 2011 residency in the specialty “Clinical laboratory diagnostics” acad. B.V. Petrovsky.
Works in the field of pharmacovigilance since 2011. She has held various positions in pharmacovigilance departments of domestic and international companies – Pfizer, MSD Pharmaceuticals, Akrikhin, Petrovax Pharm, Besins Healthcare, Baxter “.
She was responsible for organizing and maintaining the pharmacovigilance system in Russia, the EAEU, the CIS, Israel, Central European countries, including as an authorized person.
Has extensive experience as a pharmacovigilance auditor.
He is a certified expert of the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare (Roszdravnadzor) in the field of pharmacovigilance.

Margarita Svishcheva
In 2008 she graduated from MMA named after. Sechenov in the specialty “Medicine”, in 2010 – residency in the specialty “Neurology” at the Clinic of Nervous Diseases. A.Ya. Kozhevnikova, in 2012 – graduated in absentia from the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov, Department of Management Economics.
Since 2009, she has been working in the field of clinical trials for 10 years, and in 2016, in parallel, she began a career path in the field of pharmacovigilance. She has held various positions, including management positions, in clinical trials and pharmacovigilance departments of domestic and international companies – “Medical and Marketing Solutions”, ANO “Center for Medical Biotechnologies”, PJSC “Pharmstandard”, “Berlin-Chemie”, “Oncon”, “Nanolek”, “Avexima”.
He has successful experience as a Pharmacovigilance Authorized Person and extensive experience in preparing pharmacovigilance documentation, clinical trials and registration dossier modules (Medical/Pharmacovigilance Writing).
He is a qualified medical translator with many years of experience in a medical translation agency.

Ivan Anosov
Pharmacist, Ph.D., in 2011 graduated with honors from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia.
Experience in the field of pharmacovigilance since 2011. Held various positions in the pharmacovigilance divisions of international pharmaceutical companies – “Sandoz, a Novartis division”, “MSD Pharmaceuticals”, “Merck”, in which, among other things, he took an active part in activities of working groups on pharmacovigilance of industry associations (AIPM, EFPIA).
Managed pharmacovigilance departments in Russia, EAEU, CIS, Scandinavian and Baltic countries, and also successfully acted as an authorized person for pharmacovigilance.
He has extensive experience in audits and inspections, including in the European Union.
Author of the first scientific work on the issues of interaction between the subjects of medicines circulation in the field of pharmacovigilance (2016). Area of scientific interests – pharmacovigilance issues in pharmacy organizations, pharmacoeconomics of adverse reactions.

Elizaveta Borovikova
Pharmacist. In 2020, she graduated with honors from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia.
Since 2020, she has been a postgraduate student at the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia with a degree in Organization of the Pharmaceutical Business.
Conducts a dissertation research on the topic “Substantiation of approaches to improving the procedure for reporting cases of adverse reactions when using drugs in the EAEU countries.”
Has experience in pharmacovigilance since 2020
Research interests – improving the organization of literature monitoring processes to identify information on the safety and efficacy of medicines, features and evolution of local legislation on pharmacovigilance of the EAEU member countries.

Daria Varganova
Pharmacist, Ph.D. In 2009 she graduated from the Medical Institute of Petrozavodsk State University (PetrGU), in 2010 – an internship in the specialty “Management and Economics of Pharmacy”.
Since 2009, she has been a lecturer at the Department of Pharmacology, Organization and Economics of Pharmacy at PetrSU.
In 2014 she defended her Ph.D. thesis on the topic “Substantiation of the methodological approach to the study of the rationality of the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.”
He is the winner of the competition of scientific works of young scientists within the framework of the XX Russian National Congress “Man and Medicine” (specialization – clinical pharmacology), the winner of the competition “Participant of the youth scientific and innovative competition” (“UMNIK”, 2015).
Research interests – marketing analysis of the pharmaceutical market, pharmacology and toxicology of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, toxicological chemistry, safety and rationality of the use of drugs.

Viktor Khonenko
An information technology expert. He studied at the Gomel State Technical University named after P.O. Dry.
Knows programming languages PHP, JavaScript, HTML, has extensive experience working with Laravel, ReactJS, as well as creating and maintaining databases.
He worked in troubleshooting at ITSupportMe, as the head of the software bureau at Gomelagrokomplekt and in other organizations.
Currently, he is engaged in technical support of the pharmacovigilance database, combines the provision of IT services with the work of an instructor in snowboarding and windsurfing.
